Privacy Policy

This page explains how Norvella collects and uses personal data when you visit our store or place an order. We comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Data we collect

  • Contact details: name, email, delivery address, phone.
  • Order details: products purchased and payment status (card data is handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers).
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to improve the site.

How we use your data

  • To process orders, dispatch products and provide customer support.
  • To send transactional emails (order confirmation, dispatch updates, the free e-book).
  • To send marketing communications only when you have opted in — you can opt out at any time.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Cookies

We use essential cookies for basket functionality. With your permission, Google Analytics measures how visitors use the site and Google Ads measures purchases and helps us understand advertising performance. This may include technical identifiers, pages visited, advertising interactions and order details such as transaction ID, value and currency. We do not send card details to Google.

With your permission we also use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) to measure purchases made after seeing our adverts on Facebook and Instagram. When you complete an order and have accepted advertising cookies, we send Meta the order value, currency, order reference and a limited set of matching data — your email address, phone number, name, town, postcode and country are irreversibly encrypted (hashed) before they leave our servers, together with your IP address, browser identifier and Meta cookie identifiers. We never send card details. If you reject advertising cookies, no Meta pixel loads and no purchase data is sent to Meta.

You can accept or reject optional analytics and advertising cookies when prompted and change or withdraw your choice at any time through Cookie preferences in the footer. Applicable browser and device opt-out choices are also respected.
