We want you to love your NutriChef set. If you don't, you can return it for a full refund.

Return window

14 calendar days from delivery, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Condition of returned items

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Minor signs of inspection are acceptable.

How to request a return

Email support@norvella.example with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label and confirm the refund method.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after we receive the returned goods.
